In this week of science we were told to write about our favorite topic we learned about and I chose fire starting. A few different kinds of fire steel are blast match, magnesium rod. When using a blast match you will need to apply a lot of pressure when pushing done to start a fire. When using a magnesium rod  you need to slide the thick side of a knife or what is givvin with the magnesium rod.
