Most people never get enough water during the day. They go through a rather dehydrated day. To find the right amount of water you need you divide your weight in half and change lbs to fluid oz

For example

( 100 lbs / 2 = 50 lbs = 50 fl oz of water that you have to drink in the day )

But if you’re working out or sweating a lot during the day then you will need more than that. Your body is made of a lot of water. your muscles are 75% water. Your brain is 76% water. Your blood is 82% water. And your lungs are 90%. One reason people have high blood pressure is becuase they dont drink enough water. Your brain is the first organ to suffer when you dont drink enough water which is a reason some people forget whyt they walk in to a room or what they are doing.
